Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.

For pre-order items, you may cancel at any time before the item ships. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us at support@zaytonzayton.com with your order number.

Subscriptions (if applicable) may be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer service. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
