Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zayton piece. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Our Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at zaytonclp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged/incorrect item
  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

For quality issues, we will:

  • Offer a full refund (including original shipping), or
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, whichever you prefer.

[For orders under $[X]: We may issue a refund without requiring a return, due to high international shipping costs. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.]**

2. Change of Mind / Non-Quality Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than quality (e.g., size not as expected, changed mind), you may return the item under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Items must be returned to [Return Address / Warehouse Location]. Please contact us first for return authorization and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the item you want.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email within 3 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • [Custom or personalized orders, if applicable]
  • [Gift cards, if applicable]
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.

6. How to Start a Return

Please contact us at zaytonclp@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[Number]". We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
