Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship from?

We ship from two locations to serve you better:

United States:Most orders are shipped from our California warehouse.

International:Orders are shipped from our facility in Quanzhou, China.

2. How long does shipping take?

US orders:3–5 business days after processing.

International orders:7–15 business days, depending on customs and carrier processing.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select countries. Please note that international shipping is currently available only for products 8 inches or smaller. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

4. How much does shipping cost?

United States (Lower 48 states)FREE – shipping is already included in the product price.

International:Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

 

Returns & Refunds

5. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied, please contact us to initiate a return.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

Quality issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items):We cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

Change of mind:Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

7. How do I start a return?

Payments & Orders

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via our secure payment gateway.

9. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. Your credit card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

10. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

 

Products & Care

11. Are your products hand-painted?

Yes. Every statue, nativity figure, and garden piece is individually hand-painted by our artisans. This means each piece has its own unique character and slight variations, making it truly one-of-a-kind.

12. What materials do you use?

Our products are made from high-quality resin – durable, weather-resistant (for outdoor items), and designed to capture fine details.

13. Are these suitable for outdoor use?

Items labeled as "Garden & Home Decor" are designed to be weather-resistant and can be placed outdoors. However, we recommend bringing them indoors during extreme weather conditions to preserve their beauty.

14. Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but every item is carefully packaged in protective foam – making it easy to give as a gift. You can also add a handwritten card message at checkout.

You can subscribe by entering your email in the pop-up form on our website, or by filling in the subscription box at the bottom of any page.
