Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Since each Zayton piece is hand-finished and carefully inspected before shipment, please allow up to 1-2 business days during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Easter). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email when it ships.
Shipping Origin
We ship from two locations to serve you better:

United States:Most orders are shipped from our California warehouse.

International:Orders shipped from our facility in Quanzhou, China.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
United States (Lower 48 States):FREE shipping included in the price. Orders ship from our California warehouse and typically arrive in 3–5 business days.
Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you in the future.
International Orders:We ship to select countries from our China warehouse. This option is available only for products 8 inches or smaller. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on customs and carrier processing.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues.
International Shipping Note
International shipping is currently available only for items 8 inches or smaller. If your order contains larger items, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or cancel the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zayton is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or declare a lower value for customs purposes.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Lost in transit: If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at zaytonclp@gmail.com.

Damaged upon arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at zaytonclp@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Marked delivered but not received: Zayton is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors or your building management.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
Holiday Shipping
For orders intended as gifts for Christmas, Easter, or other religious observances, we recommend placing your order by December 15 for Christmas delivery, and March 20 for Easter delivery. These are recommended cut-off dates to help ensure timely arrival.
