Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Since each Zayton piece is hand-finished and carefully inspected before shipment, please allow up to 1-2 business days during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Easter). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email when it ships.

Shipping Origin

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zayton is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or declare a lower value for customs purposes.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost in transit: If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at zaytonclp@gmail.com.
  • Damaged upon arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at zaytonclp@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Zayton is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors or your building management.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

Holiday Shipping

For orders intended as gifts for Christmas, Easter, or other religious observances, we recommend placing your order by [Date] to ensure timely delivery.
