Measure the surface where the scene will live, then leave a little breathing room. The 5" set spans about 13.5" arranged — a comfortable fit for most mantels and shelves. The 8" set spans about 21.5" — best on a wide console or under the tree. The 12" set spans about 32" — made for a large mantel, foyer, or church setting. When in doubt, tape the width out on your surface before ordering.

What if one of my figures arrives damaged?

Message us with your order number and a photo of the figure, and we will send a free replacement of that single piece — there is no need to return the full set. Because our local warehouses stock complete sets only, individual replacements ship from our partner production facility, so delivery takes longer than a standard order. If the box looks rough on arrival, a quick photo before unwrapping helps us sort it out faster.

Is this set only for Christmas display?

It is designed as a Christmas and Advent centerpiece, traditionally displayed from early December through Epiphany (January 6), then stored until the following season — a tradition many families and churches repeat each year.

What is your return policy?

If the set is not right for your space, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Since we do not process direct exchanges, the fastest route to a different size is to return the original for a full refund and place a new order — message us with your order number first, and we will walk you through it.
