2. We reserve it for you. Your set is set aside from our incoming shipment — first ordered, first reserved.
3. Ships by early October. Most orders ship earlier. You'll receive tracking as soon as yours is on its way — well before Christmas.

Pre-Order FAQs
When exactly will my pre-order ship?
All pre-orders are scheduled to ship by early October 2026 at the latest — most ship earlier. Your set is already made and on its way to our US warehouse, so there's no production wait. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Can I cancel or return a pre-order?
Yes. If your plans change before your order ships, just contact us at support@zaytonzayton.com and we'll cancel for a full refund — no questions asked. And once your set arrives, our standard 30-day return policy applies, just like any other order. Pre-ordering carries no extra risk.
Why pre-order instead of waiting?
Because our sets sell out. Each design is produced in a limited batch — every figure is hand-painted, so restocking mid-season isn't something we can do quickly. Last year, most of our sets were gone by Black Friday. Pre-ordering reserves yours from this year's shipment, so you won't be refreshing a sold-out page in November.
Will this set be cheaper if I wait for a holiday sale?
We honestly can't promise that either way — but here's what we can tell you: last year, most of our nativity sets sold out before Black Friday, and some designs never went on sale at all.
